Project Manager

Job Description

• This will be working for an accomplished main contractor, with a £450m turnover. Operating nationwide in the residential, hotel, student accommodation and commercial sectors with projects ranging from £30m - £180m, they only work D&B projects and win work with aprofit already in it, regularly turning down work with no profit.
• This is guaranteed to give job security as most of the work is repeat business, due to a track record of delivering projects on time and in budget for their clients.
• This will be a Project Manager role working on an exciting project in East London. This is a 260 unit scheme, spilt over 4 blocks (ranging from 4 to 6 stories) and a 25 storie tower.
• You will have full control to grow a team underneath you, with the project due to start on site any day. This will be a 2.5 year scheme and you will be reporting into the Project Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £85,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
