Job Description
Planning and overseeing the goods in / out operation of a busy, fast paced warehouse operation.
Inventory Management of rental and client cups. Maintaining accurate stock records to ensure fulfilment of customer orders, customer rentals and client service contracts.
Liaising with Sporting, Events & Bar Managers to ensure customer requirements are met within the designated time frames, as well as organising collections.
Regular communication with the Wash Unit Manager to enable planning of wash workload and ensuring clean cup turnaround for time sensitive sporting events and festivals.
Maintaining vehicle records and planning maintenance of company fleet.
Must have:
● Proven experience in logistics & supply chain management.
● Proven experience in Inventory Management.
● Outstanding time management skills
● Excellent problem solving and ability to think outside the box
● Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, encourage and nurture development of staff.
● Leadership & business management skills.
● Exceptional verbal & written communication.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and some knowledge of CRM preferred.
● Flexible working approach to cope with seasonal peak trading periods.
● Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
● Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
● Some experience of Import / Export to and from the EU.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
