We are looking for a highly organised and efficient HR / Office Manager to support our UK and Europe team, based out of our office in Swavesey.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide HR and administrative support to a team of around 30 people, who work across the UK and Europe. Your main focus will be to support and enable the day to day running of the team through the efficient management of administrative support processes, as well as providing support and guidance to line managers on matters related to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will report directly to the Managing Director for our UK/Europe region but will have a dotted line report to the Global HR Manager, based in Christchurch, NZ, and work closely with HR team members the US and New Zealand on global projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Office management support e.g., diary and meeting management, organising stationary, booking travel, invoicing.
- Recruitment support e.g., advertising roles, phone screening, scheduling interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Providing general HR / employment advice, with support from the Global HR team, around company policies and local employment legislation.
- Ensuring Company health and safety procedures are adhered to, and scheduling and maintaining health and safety training for emergency wardens and first aiders.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will:

Be familiar with local employment legislation.
- Have good knowledge of HR and employment relations issues.
- Have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently.
- Have intermediate - advance proficiency in Microsoft packages for Word, Excel and Power point.
- Be competent with video & audio-conferencing solutions, mobile devices, a range of communications technologies and understands the use of and appropriate AV equipment.
- Be able to prepare and present a range of business reports, communicate confidently in web-based media and contexts and experience in the organisation of corporate functions/events.

Have previous experience providing confidential administrative support in a professional setting.

Always maintains a high level of professional deportment & personal presentation with fellow employees, clients, and suppliers alike.
