• Administering all HR-related documentation.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Lead the recruitment process for the site
• Lead all investigations meetings as and when they arise
• Complete onboarding for all new employees
• Performance management. Support the middle managers in conducted these meeting.
• Probation: Ensure 3- and 6-month probation reviews are completed

• HR experience essential - 2 years+
• Strong knowledge of Northern Irish employment law
• Strong IT skills especially in Word and Excel desirable
