We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our successful, well established internship program at Ferrero. We work closely with our interns to ensure their program is rewarding, exciting and provides the most relevant skills for their future careers. You will have real responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to value-add projects, learning from the very best minds in the industry. As well as the valuable work experience you will gain, you will be part of a group of interns working and learning together.

This role requires a strong passion for data and numerical analysis. We are seeking candidates with excellent Excel skills and who are comfortable using it on a day to day basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working within our co-pack team you will support the delivery of our creative in store display units, through the creation process to final delivery to customers.
  • Arrange and Manage the Product Steering Meeting by: creating and managing the weekly meeting requests and follow up on all the actions.
  • Document all co-pack projects with detailed photographic assembly instructions, ensuring this document as well as the packaging items are available.
  • Provide finance data with specific Packaging and labour costs for projects directly relate to the Activity Brief.
  • Allocation of local packaging codes, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the codes are extended and costed. Sharing codes with Suppliers.
  • Perform system stock checks regularly to ensure smooth functioning of operations
  • Prepare new project documents for Product Development Process.
  • Perform administrative tasks and goods receipt for all the co-pack activities in Ireland.
  • Liaise with Trade and Brand Marketing to make sure each project meet their deadline on Artwork and approval.
  • Obtain quotes from packaging suppliers for the supply of materials, document and distribute relevant information to allow benchmarking and decision.
  • Monitor performance of Supplier and Third Party. . Review purchase history to make well-informed decisions on future purchases.
  • Liaise with Collaboration managers to ensure a seamless service to our commercial customers.

  • Testing stage week of the 20th March
  • Assessment Center April 2023

The program starts between July – September 2023 and will be a 12 months program.
