We are looking for new members to join our outstanding Case Assistants team, somebody who would enjoy working in a fast paced role, being busy and well organised, keen to learn and go the extra mile when needed, but also working in a fun, supportive and friendly environment.

The Role:
- Timely and accurate data entry on the company system
- Support and communicate with customers via email and telephone ensuring all queries are dealt in a timely manner, striving for positive outcomes
- Proofread documents
- Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information and support with any other tasks required
- Prioritise workload to meet daily deadlines
- Ensure clients are invoiced correctly for each job
The Person
- Ideally proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Confident personality and professionalism to work closely with customers
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactive team player who enjoys supporting others
- Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude

Monday to Friday (Friday finishing at 4pm)
28 days holiday including statutory bank holidays
Full pay for up to 5 days sick

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Uttoxeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
