Job Description
Damage Doctor is looking for a Trainee Hard Surface/Cosmetic Repair Technician to join our team to be based in the Thetford area (or within 10 miles). The role is mobile and you will typically be working alone. You will be required to travel up to 60 miles (or further on occasion) from your location.
This is an entry level position with full training and enrolment onto a recognised NVQ qualification to achieve a qualification in surface repair and restoration. If you are looking to learn new skills and build a new career, this is the idea opportunity. Wage is dependent on experience in this field and you should expect the lower wage if you have no experience.
Starting wage is OTE £21,000.00 increasing to OTE £24,000 in 6 months. We expect OTE after 12 months to be circa £30,000.00. Wage is dependent on experience in this field and you should expect the basic starting wage if you have no experience.

- Full drivers’ licence with no more than 3 points and over 21 (insurance requirements).

- Artistic ability/interest is very helpful.
