Secretary
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Secretary to join our company. The position is based in our London office, a stones’ throw from Leicester Square.
This is a great role for someone who wants to get involved with a variety of tasks and be included in many aspects of a growing company.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -
- General housekeeping around the office
- Archiving
- Helping all departments and staff on daily basis
- Updating documents and preparing tenders/submissions, reports and the occasional presentations
- Copy typing
- Managing the staff diary on a daily basis using Outlook calendar
- Setting up the rooms for meetings and preparing drinks and collect/order lunch as and when required
- Reception including:
- Answering telephone
- Meeting and greetings guests
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with staff queries
- Stationery orders
- All other general reception duties
- Any other tasks which may be reasonably required within the definition of general administration
The candidate will be expected to help all staff with queries and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, meticulous attention to details, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a full-time role. Hours: 8:30am – 5.00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Secretary
- The applicant must be computer literate with an Intermediate Level of Word and Excel skills as well as demonstrate knowledge of other Microsoft Programmes and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient at touch typing
- High attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task
- Work well within a team but also have the ability and confidence to work alone and take initiative
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
