Job Description
Naprotek is a 28-yr old specialty contract manufacturer with emphasis on Defense, Space and Medical customers. The company has developed a unique set of capabilities from RF/Microwave microelectronics to complex SMT/Box-build electronics for highly-regulated markets. We are seeking a Sales Operations Admin to manage several processes related to internal sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales Ops Admin is responsible for coordinating key elements of the sales process including:
- Quote Status (monitoring, escalating)
- Sales Stage Pipeline (managing data entry into CRM)
- Sales Proposal writing (proactive proposals)
- Customer contact, tradeshow follow up or outbound communications
- Demand generation, prospecting using digital marketing tools
- Account-based marketing
Qualifications
- Track record working in dynamic sales team environment including elements of sales proposals, RFQ, quoting, purchasing, order entry, or supply chain.
- Understands sales analytics and data mining (ZoomInfo)
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Proficient in MSOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiar with social media posting (LinkedIn, Twitter) and blogging
- Prior experience working in contract manufacturing or high tech preferred
- BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
