Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team at Abbey View Produce.
Previous administration work experience is preferred
Successful candidates will need the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal and external visitors, as well as ensuring all work completed is accurate and to a high standard. Accuracy and attention to detail are key in this role.
Candidates should demonstrate:
· Good organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Able to work well as an individual as well as in a team
· Attention to detail
· Knowledge of word, excel and outlook
· Excellent communication
The day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
· Order processing
· Management of third-party portals
· Maintaining spreadsheets
· Keeping on top of all relevant paperwork
· Analysis of all relevant data
· Booking transport
· Creating the transport plan
· Answering the phones – taking accurate messages when necessary
· Cover of other key responsibilities when colleagues are absent
· Filing
· Additional admin related tasks
Please note due to the nature of the company we are open every day of the year excluding Christmas Day.
