What's the role about?
As part of our Digital department, you'll be joining as our Digital Trading Assistant who are responsible for supporting the Digital Trade Manager and Coordinator with reporting key metrics, maintaining the trade calendar and communicating with the new platform team.
Who you are
- Experience or knowledge in Online preferable

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Excel is essential

Numerate with good analytical skills and customer-focussed

A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
What you'll be doing
- Work closely with trade and content teams to understand requirements and opportunities on site

Site checks and testing i.e. new initiatives, site changeovers

Work closely with relevant heads to ensure accuracy and delivery of the above

Reporting on sales, key metrics over daily & weekly periods e.g. best sellers, options, newness, returns and revenue

Responsible for maintaining the trade calendar – key dates, promotions, campaigns, and marketing activity (working closely with Digital Marketing and Merchandising teams)

Responsible for Visual Merchandising Online product listing pages to support both Trade and Content campaigns

Liaising with the Core Merchandising teams to potentialise Online performance with stock opportunities and browsing experience

Maintenance of site navigation during both Prime and Peak trading activity e.g. Sale launches, seasonal changes

Competitor Analysis - understanding Online competition and the Online customer

Efficiently resolving ad hoc queries
