An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time clerical officer based at University Hospital Monklands.
The post holder will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service, and provide patients and other service users with information and assistance as appropriate. As one of the first points of contact with the service, it is important that the post holder has a responsive and informative approach to patients, relatives and staff.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
Good basic education.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Proficient in the use of software systems.
Good organisational and communication skills.
MUST be PC experienced, and flexible to work Public Holiday, weekends and shifts may be required.
