Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Manager - Europe, to support our 27 markets across the region.
Based in London, this an operational role where you will manage a small team and execute the Digital and Marketing Operations activities and monitor the day to day Digital and Marketing campaigns of the European region.
Specific Accountabilities include
- Work with Managers Digital and Marketing across the regions to execute the plans of critical end-to-end B2B & B2C Campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables from budgeting, creative assets development, post campaign and tracking reports
- Work with Managers Digital and Marketing across the region to support the stations (with campaigns and all required B2B and B2C campaign assets.
- Execute the planned public Relations/Corporate Communications requests and specific assets required such as New Destinations, Inaugural event launch, Global Sponsorships.
- Monitor and maintain a master campaign calendar planner of all campaigns and activities
- Manage the operational execution and ensure the successful employment of all B2B & B2C campaigns’ deliverables across channels including offline marketing channels and digital paid, owned and earned.
- Track the campaign performance trends of each channel with the help of comprehensive dashboards and campaign performance tracking tools, to provide and share the campaign performance status with Marketing Management team to assist Digital and Marketing Manager in designing future campaigns.
- Cascade, communicate and implement standard operating procedures for regional campaign requirements, including localisation processes that deliver regionalised inputs to ensure relevance to the market context.
- Delegate activities to the team to ensure timely and efficient implementation and execution for all B2B & B2C campaigns / activities’ deliverables aimed at driving brand awareness, corporate & leisure revenues as well sales via QR.com and all related platforms.
- Identify gaps in the Digital and Marketing Campaign processes and systems (such as Galaxy, SharePoint, Adobe, Google Analytics) to optimize workflows and automation tools which facilitates scalability, predictability, and efficiency of all B2B & B2C Campaign processes
- Manage PO’s, Budgets and accruals.
- Maintain strong awareness of new and emerging digital / automation tools within the assigned region and propose where appropriate to improve Digital Direct penetration and Loyalty.

Qualifications
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/related discipline with extensive marketing/digital experience
- Strong /Marketing Operational experience and proven Managerial experience
- Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing is required
- You will have experience in implementing effective Acquisition, Conversion and Retention strategies
- Strong experience in digital tracking, campaign monitoring and reporting
