Who are we seeking?
Sunseeker International is looking to recruit a new Production Manager, who will join the Small Mouldings team at our Southwell site in Portland, Dorset.
As a natural leader, you will be a motivational presence and confident communicator to unlock the true potential of your team. With strong organisational skills and a genuine attention to detail, you will use your management position to influence the success of your team and wider business unit.
A Day in the Life
As a Production Manager at Sunseeker International, you will lead your team to achieve key performance indicators in safety, quality, hours, defects, warranty claims, and budgets, among others. On a daily basis, the Production Manager will find a healthy balance between approachability and assertiveness, making decisions in line with production schedules to increase pace, quality, and reduce waste.
There are many aspects to the remit of a Production Manager at Sunseeker International, which should all be maintained in an organised and reliable manner to ensure the wellbeing of your team and efficiency of your line.
Our ideal candidate
We are seeking a proven Manager with experience of working with small mouldings (GRP and composites), ideally qualified to CMI Level 5 (or equivalent). The most ideal candidate will also be a competent user of SAP and a record of successfully working to KPIs.
