Hours / Duration
Part time permanent (We would guarantee 16 hours) However there would be extra hours available during busy times and staff cover especially if willing to commute.
Weekends are required.
The ideal candidate will eventually work independently at our shop in Bridlington. However, until the person is fully trained in all aspects of selling e-liquid, kits and NCSCT trained, then they will work/train with another member of staff.
Also, from time to time we may ask to cover at our other shops. (Most likely, Driffield, Driving licence would be useful)

As a Retail Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they are looking to start their journey to a healthier lifestyle by stopping smoking, or simply want to experience the wide range of products that we offer. The key to our success is down to our outstanding teams, their product knowledge and commitment to deliver only the highest quality vaping products. We believe in providing each customer with a personalised service, tailored to their requirements, getting to know their preferences and being by their side every step of their vaping journey.
With all that in mind, you won’t be surprised that we only want the best team members who share our passion for a smoke-free life. Our team members receive bespoke training, the Mr Wicked Way, to give them all the knowledge required to become a brand ambassador, deliver excellent customer service through product demonstrations, advice and guidance.
Our Bridlington shop is half Totally Wicked e-cigarettes and half a gift shop so you will be covering all aspects of serving, cleaning, filling stock in all areas.
Ideal Candidate;
- A professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner to deliver excellent service and advice and network within the local community
- Customer facing experience within a retail or hospitality environment
- A willingness to keep up to date with, all our products (vapers preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive approach to problem solving
- A commitment to being part of the team alongside the ability to work on your own initiative
- A desire to maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, ensuring that our stores are always welcoming and inviting, as well as CO-vid safe.
- Be over 18 (due to nicotine sales)
- Experience of achieving sales targets and deadlines
- Be a vaper (or smoker with an interest in vaping) and have vaping experience (although training will be provided)
- Would drive/be prepared to travel to other stores to cover hours

We have 4 shops around Yorkshire and are authorised Totally Wicked stockists. As such we are run like a Totally Wicked store however are independently owned & run by A Touch of Glass (Scarborough) Ltd. Shop locations: Scarborough, Bridlington, Driffield & Norton/Malton

All customers are asked to wear a mask, all common surfaces & card readers are wiped after every customer. Screens between staff member and customers. Limited number of customers allowed to enter at once. Social distancing adhered to.
