About the role:
Salary: Competitive + FANTASTIC bonus earning potential
Hours: Full Time or Part Time – including regular weekends and some evening shifts.
Day to Day: You will be supporting the team and encouraging them to learn about our new products as well as supporting them with any day-to-day issues. Your goal will be to ensure that every single customer that comes to our store receives the same exceptional level of customer service that they have come to expect from us every time they visit.
What we’re looking for:
Because your team members will see you as the expert, it’s essential that for this role you have some experience within retail or within a customer facing industry.
While some experience is important, your team are going to be looking to you for guidance on how to best serve our customers, having the right attitude is our most important requirement. This means always demonstrating your passion and enthusiasm for home and garden and being knowledgeable about our products and stock.
