We are looking for Correspondence and Communications Officer to support one of our key clients. Our Communications and Engagement team deliver public consultation, community engagement, behaviour change and communications programmes, and analyse the outcomes of these to shape how local authorities deliver projects and policies.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Exceptional written communications
- Experience managing and responding to complex enquiries from members of the public and political stakeholders
- Experience and knowledge of working within local government and understanding of the processes and challenges in this sector
- An eye for detail and ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Self-sufficiency, can interact confidently with senior leaders, escalating issues as required and is customer focused
