We are Britain’s largest designer and supplier of energy-efficient, bespoke Swedish timber frame homes in the UK and over the next couple of years, we will be continuing to expand.

Full-time, Permanent.
The primary role is to be responsible for the accurate preparation of design proposals and detailed construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the accurate preparation of detailed construction drawings
- To ensure that all technical drawings and information are to the highest quality, accuracy and to meet agreed deadlines
- To prepare detailed design proposals
- To prepare technical drawing packages for planning applications
- Have an understanding of the Building Control process and prepare and submit client Building Regulation Applications
- To produce 3D Visuals to support design proposals
- To work closely with our Project Managers and attend client meetings as necessary to discuss their design requirements
- Manage multiple projects at any one time that could be at varying stages of the build
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in Structural Engineering or have an Architectural background
- Ideally professionally qualified RIBA/CIOB, Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or relevant qualification in Architectural Design
- Good understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Permission procedures
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in Vectorworks and Revit advantageous
- A passion for design and creative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Understanding of timber frame structures advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential due to our location
