Position: General Administrator
Location: Park Royal, London – Remote working
Salary: £20,000 PA (starting) Plus Monthly Performance Bonus
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

You will be part of an enthusiastic team assisting with clients and their cases and third parties; lawyers, courts, insolvency practitioners, process servers and our client’s opponents.
We are seeking a candidate who has previously worked as an administrator. The successful candidate will already possess good numeracy and literacy. A strong command of English language and English grammar is expected. The successful candidate will be articulate, analytical and persuasive in written communication, thoughtful, creative, accurate, efficient and driven.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Filing
· Photocopying
· Completing contractual agreements
· Assisting with cases
· Client contact
· Provide regular progress reports
· Assisting colleagues with queries
· Evidence preparation (witness statements, exhibits and case bundles)
· Liaise with and instruct professional agents, barristers, solicitors, insolvency practitioners, courts and other third parties
· Adhere to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and internal policies and procedures
· Assisting with Social Media Platforms
Key Competencies:
· Computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant IT systems, including Excel, Word and Outlook
· Maintain professional standards of conduct and practice
· The ability to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
· Be aware of relevant financial targets and contribute to achieve the same and keep line manager informed of all progress.
· Ability to adapt to changing work situations and receptive to new approaches and ideas.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Have the ability to multi task several different assignments at one time.

· Level headed and able to work in a challenging environment
· Social Media Savvy
Qualifications:
Educated to minimum of A-level standard, with minimum of Grade C at GCSE English and Maths
