Willen Lake is managed by The Parks Trust, an independent charity, that cares for over 6,000 acres of parkland and green space in Milton Keynes. Our aim is to provide beautiful, diverse and sustainable parks, lakes, woods and landscapes that will be loved by the people of Milton Keynes, forever.
The Role
We are looking for Park Operations Assistants to join our team; this a hands-on role which ensures an excellent visitor experience by keeping the park and facilities clean, tidy and well maintained.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for keeping the park looking pristine through litter picks, emptying of bins and undertaking inspections. You will also be responsible for keeping our visitor and staff facilities clean and tidy - including toilets, changing rooms and back of house areas.
The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.

About You
We are looking for an outgoing and flexible individual who has passion for delivering great customer experiences. A full UK driving licence and/or first aid qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
