Hey there! Are you looking to join the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition? Do you have experience with inbound and outbound calls? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Being the main point of contact for all customers looking for information about our programs and lessons
- Providing top-notch customer service to both prospective and current customers
- Generating new sales by proactively reaching out to leads and using databases and other sources
- Managing a database of incoming leads, from initial enquiry to sale, including conducting needs analysis, booking trials, pitching, handling objections, processing payments, and following up after the sale
- Working as part of a team to drive student growth across all our venues

- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and persuasion skills
