Willen Lake is managed by The Parks Trust, an independent charity, that cares for over 6,000 acres of parkland and green space in Milton Keynes. Our aim is to provide beautiful, diverse and sustainable parks, lakes, woods and landscapes that will be loved by the people of Milton Keynes, forever.
The Role
We are looking for Assistant Watersports Instructors to join our team. You will support the instructor team with a variety of sessions, and (where permitted) you will lead your own sessions after in-house training.
As part of this role you will ensure all our visitors have a safe and memorable experience out on the water by delivering high quality sessions in line with both internal procedures and national governing body syllabuses.
The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.

About You
We are looking for engaging individuals with a passion for watersports activities. No qualifications are necessary for this role, but willingness to complete qualifications in the future would advantageous, as well as holding an RYA Powerboat Level 2 and/or first aid qualification.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
