Shift Supervisor

Job Description

Our company is seeking a Shift Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience managing high-traffic and potentially stressful situations, has a working understanding of basic computer functions and demonstrates the ability to work well with others. We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure in fast-paced environment and make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to create positive customer interactions and demonstrate excellent people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the establishment is kept stocked with the necessary supplies to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure that the establishment is kept clean and safe for employees and customers.
• Serve customers.
• Monitor employees and ensure that they are completing their tasks correctly.
• Manage employees to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the establishment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve them effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.25 per hour
