Salary: £24,550 - £28,000 per annum

Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office).

We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for all things email marketing to join Cancer Research UK as the Email & SMS Marketing Executive. This is an exciting role that supports marketing teams from across the charity with journey planning, email optimisation and delivery. This role also supports with post campaign reporting and analysis to gather learnings to improve future campaigns.
A key part of the role is sending emails and SMS through Adobe Campaign Manager. You will have the opportunity to learn from the Senior Executives in the team on email and SMS best practice, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and send email and SMS campaigns through Adobe Campaign
Manage the teams shared mailbox, ensuring that all emails are responded to promptly
Work with marketing teams to plan and deliver email and SMS marketing campaign plans on time
Support the Email & SMS Marketing Senior Executives with larger email optimisation and delivery projects
Work collaboratively with other Digital Marketing teams, such as Website and content teams to ensure the whole supporter journey is optimised
Gather learnings of digital marketing trends or changes and work to implement these at Cancer Research UK
Support on reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations on how to improve future campaign
Key Technical Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours:
Essential
Have an interest and enthusiasm to continue learning about email and SMS marketing
Able to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks deadlines
Attention to detail
The ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
Desirable
Experience of sending emails through an Email Marketing Platform
Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization and UX principles and experience of interpreting results
Experience of writing email content
