Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Health Club Receptionist to join the team at our Elevation Health Club within the Old Thorns Hotel & Resort.
As our Health Club Receptionist you will ensure the smooth running of the reception whilst welcoming our hotel residents and club members.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure members and guests receive a warm welcome to the club and that high levels of customer service are delivered at all times
- To maintain a thorough understanding of health club facilities, events, promotions and policies and actively promote these to guests and members
- To handle all telephone, email and face to face enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- To process bookings and cash transactions
- To ensure revenue and banking balances are banked correctly
- To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and politely
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Possess good communication skills and have a friendly and professional manner
- Great interpersonal skills with excellent standards of spoken English
- Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Be able to work early and late shifts and weekends
- Be numerate and IT literate
- Be able to work under pressure
- An interest in the Health and Fitness industry is advantageous
