They will own the creative process for assigned work. Working across and directing creative teams across Marcom, even those who do not report directly into their team. You will create, review, and empower campaigns for the Apple brand and products. You will work across disciplines to integrate strategies and messaging for online, retail, channel, events, advertising and new mediums of communication. You will partner with project managers and Brand Managers to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met. Become an integral part of a team which will present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives. You will be a Leader that encourages a creative team while engaging in all aspects of the creative process. When working with outside agencies and/or production companies you will ensure Apple is represented in the highest regard as a brand and partner. Work to provide clarity, communication, and leadership that moves creative teams forward through ambiguity. Partner with co-leaders to build a positive environment for the team, especially when the stakes are high. Provides feedback, listens to perspectives, and resolves conflicts within your team as well as across Marcom.
