A Junior Receptionist will join a fast-paced, exciting team that prides itself on its commitment to providing excellent customer service and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones with excellent oral communication and able to deal with difficult callers/clients, directing calls and completing admin work, able to maintain stocks of supplies as needed. The right person for this position will be a candidate that possesses excellent typing ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with listening, professional demeanour, customer care, spoken communication and mostly focus. Bilingual will help applying for this roll.
Responsibilities/Requirements:-
- Greet clients.
- Answer questions about the company, products and services, and areas of the business to which they are assigned.
- Be polite to clients.
- General office skills.
- Typing speed of 60 words per min or higher.
- Office software proficiency.
- Handling multi phone lines.
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Find information quickly during the work day.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints.
