We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Sales Team, as a Sales Aftercare Assistant. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate can be based in any flagship office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, East Dereham, Melton / Woodbridge, North Walsham & Bury St. Edmunds.
The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
In this exciting role as a Sales Aftercare Assistant, you will be delivering outstanding service to our shared ownership and open market sale customers. You’ll listen to them, meet their individual needs and also feedback on how we can improve our services.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Sales Aftercare Assistant from those who have developed excellent customer service skills, from working in a customer facing environment. You will have experience of working within a team. Educated to GCSE standard, or equivalent, you will be competent using Microsoft Office.
The strongest candidates will have a recognised Customer Service or Sales Qualification, such as NVQ level 2 or above.
