Location: Wigan - Sysco Speciality Group (Fresh Direct)
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30 am- 17:00 pm (40 hours)

The Role:
The Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship programme is a fantastic opportunity to learn whilst working, including supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and communicating with key stakeholders. When joining the Fresh Direct Finance Team as an Administrator Apprentice you will get hands on experience with clients and is a great way of progressing towards management responsibilities as part of career development.
Support will be given throughout your apprenticeship with mentors guiding you through the role and continuous development of skills and behaviours to exceed personal goals and business objectives.
The apprenticeship will provide on the job training, where you will apply new skills and knowledge gained to real life operations such as:

Working closely with our Procurement and Stock department and will be reporting on queries and reconciling supplier accounts.
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries.
- Processing invoices and payment runs.
Skills and competencies required:
- Experience with Microsoft packages - Intermediate skills with Excel
- Good written & communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team working skills
- GCSE 3/D/Level 1 in Maths and English
