Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) is included in the top-4 strategic priorities of the group-wide transformational strategy of Deutsche Bank. Your key responsibilities
Support international technology projects in setting up a group wide ESG data platform in close cooperation with business and infrastructure functions
Work closely with the Sustainability Data and Technology Programme lead, delivery teams and stakeholders within an Agile delivery framework to understand progress, resolve project blockers, ensure plans reflect reality, and to control the financial, resourcing and investment governance of the workstream
Drive the governance and decision-making processes for senior management of the group and the corresponding decision-making bodies, including creating presentations and governance materials.
Actively manage risks, issues and dependencies with other functions and initiatives in the bank in line with bank governance standards
Strong project management systems experience and use to working in Bank wide front to back Data Delivery Program
Experience with working with remote Information Technology (IT) development teams across multiple locations
Your skills and experience
Managing IT projects, preferably from an external consultancy or a comparable position in a company related to the financial sector
In-depth knowledge of the banking sector and very good understanding and experience in the automation of process flows and working with development teams using Agile development methodologies
Able to deliver the highest level of quality even under time pressure, combined with strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving skills and excellent conflict resolution skills
Managing multiple pieces of work & prioritising delivery as necessary
Ability to work in a global work environment at senior management level
Interest in ESG / sustainability an advantage
