Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years experience in social media, ideally in professional services, to join an established digital marketing team and drive forward our social media strategy. It is a new role that will be key to how the business runs lead generation campaigns, supporting wider business initiatives, such as people and culture activity. The role will be part of a digital marketing team leading the way in all aspects of social media and supporting the wider team at busier times with other digital marketing activity if needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ownership of Social media day-to-day, Including tool management, post creation, calendar management, campaign strategy, content creation and training.
- Focusing on raising brand awareness on all platforms with proactive content creation for lead generation campaigns, people and culture and other Mazars initiatives to support business goals.
- Proactive social interaction and content creation and engagement across platforms
- Creating social listening strategies ongoing and ad hoc.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends In social media and completing regular analysis of competitors and platforms
- Using relevant tools for ongoing reporting, including reporting strategy and creating a social media best practice using this knowledge.
- Ensuring social media is a key campaign tool and ensure the wider business are aware and educated on best practice, creating relevant documentation, communication strategies and training plans and assets as needed.
- Creation of designed social media assets, general video content, including reel's, and on brand imagery.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ongoing knowledge and passion about social media with experience in a professional services company or B2B environment
- Experience of social media to create campaigns, write engaging social content and produce digital social media assets
- Experience of creatively planning and creating content for digital channels
- Experience of creating and owning a social media calendar
- Experience of managing all social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Manage social media reporting and listening
- Manage social media monitoring, including Mazars
- Ability to contribute to creative thinking with ideas from both learning on the job and industry trends
- Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple pieces of work concurrently
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with presenting and delivering training
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
