Host Rooftop
Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, a lobby bar, coffee shop, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
As Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our rooftop bar, delivering a warm and friendly welcome. You will understand the flow of the rooftop bar, knowing what makes the difference when it comes to delivering that memorable first impression.
You should have a real passion for food & drink, and the desire to build an enthusiastic and confident team with an ability to adapt from high touch service to large volume events
You’ll be the face of the bar, welcoming new guests as friends and delivering high levels of recognition to our neighbours and regulars.
The Rooftop at One Hundred Shoreditch is an adaptable space that blends itself from casual afternoon drinks into high energy evenings. The space itself is very versatile with both inside and outside seating as well as the ability to accommodate large functions. The drinks programme will be based around refreshing but simple mixed drinks accompanied by a varied list of sparkling wines to capture moments of celebration. Culinary will be rooted in the English countryside combining whimsy, nostalgia and seasonality.

We’re looking for someone with a background in high volume food & beverage, laser focused attention to detail and strong leadership skills. You should have the ability to manage and lead projects, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and most importantly if you have the tools and desire to develop and motivate a successful team.
