We are seeking a highly experienced and competent individual to lead our HR systems team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the HR Systems function, ensuring all HR systems are fit for purpose and our approach to people management is data and insight driven.
A key focus of the role will be the effective innovation and development of modern approaches, enabling the University to manage its workforce effectively, through the provision of digital services and data analytics to managers and employees. With experience of managing third party suppliers, you will have strong project management skills and be familiar with delivering strategic initiatives to time and to a high standard. You will enjoy leading on projects that are transformational and University wide.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have relevant recent experience of working in a HR systems lead role. You will have excellent written communication and organisational skills, have experience of working effectively with stakeholders, and a strong understanding and knowledge of HR data and analytics. We’re seeking individuals who have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the REF, HESA and significant experience of management of HRIS systems in a complex organisation. Knowledge of People XD HR system or equivalent is desirable.
