Netflix is pursuing consumer products because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long-term revenue. We want licensed merchandise to help promote our titles and build them into franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for long periods of time. That’s where you come in. We’re seeking someone to drive retail brand/marketing campaigns and executions for the Consumer Products team.

Be one of the leading executives at Netflix in the Consumer Products space while we are still in a start-uppy environment

Lead the hardlines strategy and execution for the EMEA region

Contribute to defining the global strategy in the category

Work closely with 3rd parties based in the region to grow member joy and revenue

Partner with companies based in other regions to maximize their EMEA go to market plans and retail footprint

Working closely with each country lead to expand reach and revenue in the category across Europe

Work with our content and marketing team to assess opportunities in the Kids and Family space

Be an internal and external champion of the opportunity and vision with regard to Netflix consumer products

Manage and maintain a budget

15+ years of experience within consumer products
-
Deep Knowledge of the hardlines space globally
-
Experience in studios and/or toy companies is required
-
High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.

English is required, and a second European language would be a plus
