Quality Control Administrator
The Job
This is a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be expected to carry out accurate data entry of completed production jobs within the QC Performance as well as create statistical reports associated with departmental performance metrics (KPI’s), daily transaction sheets, listing all work orders that have been completed within and manage all departmental purchasing requirements, including stationary, test equipment. You will also be supporting the QC team in resolving missing or incorrect information within the workload and manage the transaction of all stock material requests from QC.

You will be based at our office in Lane End, High Wycombe.

The Person
GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English (minimum 4/5)
- Good verbal and written comprehension and use of English language.
- Previous experience within an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing
- industry.
- Previous experience coordinating with Suppliers and Customers, both internal and
- external.
- Analysing data and publishing statistical based reports.
- Awareness and exposure to calibration activities.
- Base level understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Appreciation and awareness of ISO9001.
- Some QC experience is desirable
- Ideally closer to the office or has a method of transport as we are situated in a location with no public transport
