Role:
The Role
This is an exciting Personal Assistant role at the heart of one of the UK’s leading advertising and communications agency groups. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our Group CEO, Creative Director and to pick up team admin for the wider agency.
You will have a can-do attitude, be a great communicator capable of building and managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Importantly, you will be someone who acts with integrity and operates with discretion.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is a team-player and enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. The position will be office based (in our beautiful office in central London) 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
PA to krow Group CEO, John
Whilst this will not form the entirety of the role, this is perhaps the most critical function. You will be responsible for John’s diary management, travel, inbox management and administrative support.
In addition, you will be required to manage the diary of Krow London’s Executive Creative Director, Darryl, effectively scheduling meetings to avoid overlap and ensure free-time for travel or other commitments is blocked.
Agency Administration Assistant
Beyond these core PA responsibilities, you will be required to provide the wider agency with administrative support including:
Working with the wider Krow group to plan and collate materials for group presentations and events-
Assisting our Group New Business Director with the collation of credentials, assets and templates for new business pitches and marketing initiatives.

Being responsible for the efficient and comprehensive filing of Krow London’s agency collateral including bi-annual audits of case studies, creds and other templates, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure filed documents are up-to-date.

Environmental reporting – working with Krow London’s environmental team and Mission accounting services to ensure our emissions reporting sheets are up to date.

Assisting our Mission People Partner to plan training and induction plans, and complete employee surveys.

Ensuring our industry subscriptions are up to date and we have fulfilled any requirements associated with maintaining our status within these organisations.

Working closely with our Mission Office Manager and IT department to ensure building operates effectively for Krow London’s needs.
About you
Significant experience as a PA to a business leader- Fully literate in Microsoft Office software, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-keeping skills
- Strong communicator. Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills
- Advertising agency experience not essential but the ideal candidate will have worked in the service industry.
- Administrative-experience essential; office management experience would be a plus.
