Job Description

• Communicate effectively presenting legal issues to non-legal specialists.
• Discuss legal/technical points at all levels, including with clients, solicitors and other professionals.
• Interpret and explain legal documents.
• Maintain and extract financial and statistical reports and other information from a database.
• To work independently as well as part of a team.

The Successful Applicant

• Filex / Para-legal with experience in private practice or in-house.
• Experience in litigation casework and procedure, as well as case management systems.
• Able to communicate effectively presenting legal issues to non-legal specialists.
• Able to discuss legal/technical points at all levels, including with clients, solicitors and other professionals.
• Ability to interpret and explain legal documents.
• Ability to maintain and extract financial and statistical reports and other information from a database.
• Organised and conscientious with attention to detail.
• Able to empathise.
• Ability to deal with competing demands and to prioritise.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Needs to be immediately available
• Drivers license required
