This would suit a Junior Engineer with good CAD or GIS skills or a Graduate with these skills A really good opportunity for someone from the Kent area.
The Drawing technician will input into the following, but not limited investment areas:

Towns water pipework replacement

Prefabricated building removal

Installation of new service plug-in points for temporary buildings

Installation of new Modular building

Change of use of the TSG mess facility

Cladding, Glazing, roofs,

Training building and visitor center building improvements

Roof risk register scope

Asset Management Improvements supporting the civil systems engineer with the following but not limited scope

Site+ building Mapping

Using fire boundary building floor layout plans in the first instance, create inspection reports for each building. Populate the GIS system. When Digital twin project is live, incorporate this data.
Baseline inspection: equipment mapping/ condition surveys
Resource is planned to conduct baseline inspections to map equipment types (bunds, secondary components, stacks, roofs, fire boundaries etc). Also a condition survey will be conducted and used to plan the 2023 inspections.
This task is to provide a drawing technician preferably with experience of using auto CAD, GIS and digital twin technology.
However a keen graphical design/ CAD/ engineering college or university graduate with an aptitude for drawings and attention to detail, and some CAD experience gained through college will be welcome. Training for GIS and Digital Twin is available.
