HR Systems Administrator: Fixed Term Student Placement

Salary range: £20,400 – £21,000
Hybrid working with first few weeks fully in the Salford Quays office

Role Overview
We are looking for 2nd or 3rd year students wanting a 1 year industrial placement in a forward thinking, diverse and energetic organisation. You will be part of the People Technology team.
This entry level role will see you working collaboratively with colleagues across Bupa, you will provide functional support to our users on the use of our HR systems, you will provide management information and contribute to projects and will be involved in various tasks.
An enquiring mind with attention to detail and a strong analytical ability is essential to ensure the right service is delivered to our internal customers.
Full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:

Be a first point of contact for users for all queries and problems relating to the functional use of the various HR Systems such as Workday.

To provide day-to-day support and advice on HR systems; to troubleshoot problems for the users and liaise with the technical developers when required.

Complete regular administration tasks including, batch reports, system interfaces and monthly reports.

Ensure that security access is correct for all users of the HR Systems and getting the correct approvals before making any system or security changes.
