EMCOR UK are offering a Full Time Permanent position for a Maintenance Administrator to join our LEV team at GSK Stevenage.
Job Purpose
Your role is to provide non-technical support to the LEV maintenance team.
This is primarily by means of arranging planned maintenance work with lab users and providing a work plan to the members of the maintenance team.
You will also be the point of contact for the LEV maintenance team in the event of customer queries relating to planned maintenance.
Duties/responsibilities/accountabilities/deliverables
You will be responsible for reviewing upcoming planned maintenance work and request access to plant and equipment with lab users.
You will also, when required liaise with third party contractors and arrange their visits.
When work is confirmed, you will assign an engineer for the work.
You are responsible for ensuring the work flows as smoothly as possible and the right amount of work is assigned to engineers on a week-by-week basis.
Provide a helpdesk function via a shared inbox to ensure our customers have a point of contact who will resolve queries and proactively keep our customers up to date with planned maintenance where required.
Progress Assist in resolving any escalations due to engineer failure to deliver any BAU services, KPI's, process or systems
Facilitate a working relationship with the customer management team
To support with reasonable requests where required.

Resource responsibilities
You are directly reportable to the LEV Team Leader
You will have support function over contractors when they attend site to complete planned maintenance works
And be responsible for the planned maintenance of critical LEV assets across the GSK account.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- You must be able to clearly follow instructions and commit to any training that is required.
- You must be structured & organised
- Be confident with dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Smart, presentable appearance
- Good IT skills are required
Other factors relevant to the job
You may be required to travel for occasional training. All costs will be met by EMCOR and paid as expenses.
You will be expected to assist and cover team members as required, including periods of sickness and annual leave. On occasions this may different to your usual working pattern.
Will need to have awareness of GxP procedures.
GxP training content will be processed based on the role.
Will have delegation authority for staff entering into GxP areas through planning of the technician’s workload
This role doesn’t require access to GxP areas or working on GxP assets
