The Role…
We are looking for a Head of Logistics for Soho House Retail. Reporting to the Logistics Director, you'll be responsible for global warehousing, inbound freight & global distribution & export processes managing a team of 5. This role works across our three brands: Cowshed, Soho Skin and Soho Home. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth culture so you'll be organised, solutions-focused, with the ability to deliver results under pressure. You love a challenge, thrive on delivering, & are a clear communicator with stakeholders at every level. This role is varied; partnering with trading channels (eCommerce, Internal Supply, External Wholesale, Interior Design & Retail Studios) and working closely with trusted 3PLs and freight partners. This role will suit someone who's confident managing & delivering projects, working with partners, and defining processes and solutions.
Main Duties…
- Owning relationships with our 3PLs and Freight Partners globally ensuring KPIs & SLAs are achieved
- Warehouse capacity planning working closely with Merchandising & Trading channels
- Defining & delivering the logistics project roadmap of projects, process & system enhancements
- Leading & developing the logistics team, serving as escalation & support where required
- Developing business reporting and stakeholder management (internal & external)
- Managing operational and freight budgets ensuring cost efficiencies are achieved (including tenders)
- Ensuring our warehouse practices are audit (SOx) compliant across our operations
- Lead all stock management practices inc cycle counting, reporting, and annual stock takes working with our 3PLs and Finance team
- Identifying & implementing the best delivery experience for our customers globally
- Own the IT integrations with our warehouses working with development agencies as required
Requirements / Qualifications...
- Demonstrable Logistics experience (7 yrs. minimum) within Retail
- Experience leading multi-channel DC operations globally
- Experience of partnering with 3PLs & Delivery partners to offer best in class customer experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects & business change
