You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from inception to completion for the UK (and, where appropriate) other EMEA territories, providing diverse, high-quality candidate slates for all white collar roles.
Representing Kimberly-Clark in a professional and engaging manner in the marketplace, and in line with the direct sourcing strategy, you will ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with EMEA and Global TA, HR and Business Leaders, providing insights/data on performance and ideas to continue to shape an inclusive TA strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the overall recruitment process as a TA Business Partner from inception to completion, including:
Effective Hiring Manager engagement
Preparing and placing effective advertisements, ensuring they encourage diversity of applications and represent Kimberly-Clark as an employer of choice
Pre-screening applications and providing high-quality shortlists of diverse, qualified candidate slates to the business
Arranging interviews and managing the offer and pre-boarding process
Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees, ensuring a fair and consistent process and with Inclusion & Diversity infused throughout
Communicating regularly and effectively with all stakeholders (including candidates, Hiring Managers, TA and HR partners, KC Leadership, Agencies) to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience
Developing diverse talent pipelines, succession plan market maps and strategic sourcing initiatives for senior, critical roles in the region; attend regional Talent Reviews in partnership with Talent Management, HR and Business Leaders
Being a key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that we attract, engage, enable and retain our employees
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience within in-house recruitment, preferably in a multi-national organisation. FMCG desirable but not essential
Fluency in English is essential; other language capability useful but not essential
Collaboration, Relationship Building and Influencing: Constructively questioning and influencing whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and HR Directors, Managers & Business Partners
Maintaining high standards of performance during peaks in workload (ability to manage vacancies while delivering against multiple strategic sourcing initiatives and functional projects)
Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting diverse slates of high-quality candidates for both active and strategic pipeline positions
Experienced in using recruitment systems (Workday Recruiter would be advantageous though not essential)
