Working within this fast growing Company in the brewing supply chain. Totally Natural Solutions are specialists in the extraction of natural hop aromas and flavours.
As a Production Operator in our small but dynamic and friendly production team you will be required to assist with the timely delivery of high quality, finished products. You will work across many aspects of day-to-day operations from the picking and packing of goods for dispatch. You will ensure a high standard of work and follow the production of goods and shipping schedule. You will commence as grade 1 and receive training on each task and move to the next level with increased confidence in your ability. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a focus on providing the best possible service. A high level of tidiness, hygiene and cleanliness throughout the working environment is required.
You will clearly demonstrate the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others both internally and externally. Enjoy being part of a team but taking responsibility for your own role is key. Keen attention to detail in maintaining a high quality of work in a busy factory environment. Presentable, with excellent communication skills with the confidence to ask questions to ensure job requirements are understood. The ability to work to instruction and on own initiative when required. Good IT skills would also be beneficial.
The ability to work in a manually, working environment. Career development on completion of successful grade training.
Experience in manufacturing and production environment is desirable but not a deal breaker. A great attitude to learning on the job and working as part of a team is crucial.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
A forklift licence is really helpful but not essential.
