As an Architectural Assistant your duties will include working on design projects across the business using the Revit package and other 3D BIM software in accordance with company procedures, contract documents and all relevant design standards. As an Architectural Assistant at Darwin, you will work in a modern, innovative and smart team of architects, designers, planning consultants and engineers.
The Architectural Assistant you will work to support design compliances and statutory applications including BREEAM, planning, highways work, drainage connections, service upgrades, BRUKL‘s and EPC‘s. You will ensure statutory regulation and planning compliances on all projects are kept up to date and assist in the production of high-quality 3D renders for presentation purposes
The Person
The successful candidate for the position of Architectural Assistant will possess keen interest to build a career within Architecture and as such applications from early-stage career candidates or recent Architecture degree graduates are also warmly welcomed.
Darwin Group are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 1 or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant with outstanding design and presentation skills to join their thriving team.
You will be experienced in using Autodesk Revit and other 3D software and keen to make a positive impact to Darwin‘s team and their fascinating customer base. Excellent training and progression are available with the role which will initially be site based at their new Telford Head Office.
