We have a very exciting opportunities to join our Operation Transformation Team as a Change Analyst within our Peterborough office.
Summary of Role:
Change Analysts are multi skilled and responsible for providing technical support to ensure the management, delivery and development of our Change Programme and system enhancements. They will have a strong knowledge of the propositions, tax wrappers, regulations and the technology which supports the Platform and must have a flexible, can-do approach.

What We Need From You:
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is key: we need to see evidence of planning and execution, plus business readiness experience, ideally in a regulated sector. We also look for a strong awareness of operational risk management and continuous improvement.

A salary within the range of £31,440 - £39,300, dependant fully on the experience you bring
