Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an inspiring and creative Head of Patient Experience to lead our team and services in the continued improvement of the patient experience.
The post holder must have dynamic engagement and facilitation skills in order to build key relationships and ensure that the patient voice is heard and responded to effectively. They must demonstrate an understanding of the complex issues that impact on health in the Hackney and City Community. You will be an expert clinical leader with experience in driving quality through service development and transformative leadership.
The team are passionate and focussed on improving the experience for our patients, in partnership with our patients, and we are looking for a leader to support this vision.
Implement the Patient Experience strategy across the Trust and support services with programmes of work related to this.
Manage the patient experience team including Patient engagement, PALS, Complaints and Volunteer Services.
Support the Trust board, Non-executive directors and partners with the wider patient experience agenda.
