Assistant Business Manager

Here at the Three Mile & Pizza Dough Co, we are looking for an Assistant Business Manager to help move the venue to the next level.
We are looking for an individual who has a great eye of detail, in depth product knowledge, and a love for all things hospitality.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL:
· Have at least 2 years experience in hospitality management.
· Be comfortable running a mutlifaceted site.
· Show a strong understanding of EBIDA, Stock control, Cash handling, KPI’s and EPOS systems.
· Have excellent listening skills and effectively lead a team with empathy and understanding.
· Be confident in dealing with customer and employee grievances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support and lead food and beverage operations through good communication, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Support with leading the team and deputising in the absence of the Business Manager.
· Have a strong understanding of Food Hygiene, and comply with Health and Safety legislation.
· Consistently promote a positive environment and be a focal point for staff training and development, ensuring that the customer always has a positive experience.
· Manage both front & back of house departments.
· Continue to support the Business Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
· Ensure the venue continues to run at a high standard, and help maximise sales and business.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
