ICAAL is an award winning full-service creative digital marketing agency, based in beautiful Grade 2* listed offices in Southampton’s city centre.
Due to continued rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented Telemarketing Agent to join our fast-growing team.
You will be joining a friendly and lively office with a fun and motivated team of staff. Enjoy a professional working environment with technically advanced IT infrastructure, phone systems and computer equipment.
We can offer both full-time and part-time hours for this vacancy.
Your duties will include the following:
- In-Bound and Out-Bound Calls
- Assisting B2B and B2C Telemarketing Campaigns
- Updating Computer Systems
The successful candidate will be confident, organised and eager to learn. A good phone manner, level of customer service and the ability to manage time and work under your own initiative are imperative to the role. Punctuality and reliability are also essential qualities the successful applicant must have.
Full training will be provided. A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and telemarketing experience would also be an advantage.
We are situated in premises at 11-15 Bugle Street, a beautiful building, rich in history. In fact, it is one of the few Grade II* Listed buildings in Southampton. Previously a convent structured around a Georgian house, Victorian chapel and a modern single storey extension, this stunning building offers versatile open plan space ideal for a creative business to occupy.
