Position: Transport Clerk
Location: Manton Wood
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, Night Shift 6pm - 6am

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Briefing and de-briefing drivers
- Preparing delivery paperwork and POD's
- Dealing with driver and customer queries over the phone and email
- Admin and reporting, using Excel, Quintech and Microlise
- Ensuring that the Transport Filing system is maintained

- An excellent communicator both over the phone and through email
- Strong IT skills - experience using Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience working within a Transport role previously is advantageous but not essential
- Organised with the ability to manage your own time
- Good Knowledge of UK Geography
