We have an opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the team at Laura Jones Dental & Implant Clinic, located in Ballymena.
About the role and practice
Our fantastic clinical team deliver cutting edge treatments for general, cosmetic and family dentistry and we're now looking for a great Practice Manager to come and lead them, with no weekend hours.
Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

Full-time hours – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some evenings.

About you
We welcome your application if you have management experience within a dental, healthcare or commercial setting (e.g., retail / hospitality).

Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning

Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance

The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
